Low pressure decolorizing spiral UF series
Good processing effect: Mey's RSTUF membrane has excellent removal effect on organic matter and chromaticity. After typical treatment, the water quality: the chromaticity < 5PCU, the removal rate of COD is 50-90%,and the removal efficiency of chromaticity and COD is related to the water quality. Take coal chemical phenol wastewater for an example, after treatment by hollow fiber UF and RSTUF,the water yield is shown in the right image.
Three-layer composite membrane technology improves the membrane pollution resistance ability: by adding Mey's patented film layer to the support layer ( PVDF or PS ) layer of the membrane elements, the surface layer is smoother, the deposition of pollutants in the membrane surface is reduced, and the anti-fouling ability of membrane elements is improved.
Flow channel structure design (patent no. : 201520180636.9) : (1) reduce the fluid running resistance, pressure drop is lower , the energy consumption is less, and the water distribution is more balanced; 2. Open flow channel (the widest reaches 100 mil), reduce the colloids and particle fouling for easier cleaning;

RSTUF series of UF membrane elements can effectively intercept chroma and COD to avoid the subsequent RO organic fouling, which can actually realize the pretreatment protection of RO.
①Seamless replacement: the form and size of the components are in accordance with the replacement of the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane without changing any piping, electricity and automatic control;
②Water quality is good: Effective interception of chroma and COD, the removal rate is 50-90%, and the removal efficiency of chromaticity and COD is related to the water quality and pollutant composition.
③The same frequency can be reversed with the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane.
